abrasive d6b1c0a82d Remove random hardware ID. 
This means you can't run multiple shairports under the same name,
barring a portable way to get the real interface ID.

Albert Zeyer 2776a4e47e change default port to 5002 as in #90. 
this doesn't fix #34 though -- this should still be added, i.e. some automatic fallback to just any random free port.
