* When built for AirPlay 2, include the Shared Memory Interface (SMI) version number in the version string, in the form: `smi*` where `*` is the version number, e.g. `smi9`. This must be same as the SMI version number of NQPTP, which can be listed by entering `$ nqptp -V`.
