When errors occur sending resend requests, back off for 0.5 seconds, rather than 10 seconds, and make the code work!
Make the configuration options to include the dbus ionterface and the mpris interfaces be `--with-dbus-interface` and `--with-mpris-interface` as expected, not `--with-dbus` and `--with-mpris` as they actually were.
