ebusd
-----

The ebusd provides a communication interface to the energy bus (ebus)
which is used in various heating systems.


Features
--------

 * active: send and receive ebus commands
           poll commands and collect received data
           scan ebus to identifies bus participants

 * passive: collect data of seen ebus commands

 * dump raw data into binary files

 * available daemon commands:
   - read            fetch data from ebus participant
   - write           adjust data of ebus participant

   - scan           scan kown slave addresses (collected)
   - scan full      scan all possible slave addresses
   - scan result    show scanning results

   - log areas      change log areas
   - log level      change log level

   - raw            toggle raw data logging
   - dump           toggle raw data dumping

   - reload         reload ebus configuration

   - stop           stop daemon
   - quit           close connection

   - help           show command details

Tools
-----

 * 'ebusctl' is a tcp socket client for ebusd.
 * 'ebusfeed' is a tool to feed ebusd with raw data from dump files.


Build
-----

$ ./autogen.sh [--prefix=/usr]
$ make
$ make install
