Disable compile time optimisation
-O2 Causes just noise, when playing on my debian box. Compiled with gcc (Debian 4.4.5-8) 4.4.5

Makefile changes: .SILENT & .PHONY targets, pkg-config with the shell cmd.
New targets: .SILENT, .PHONY, clean. CC & other vars were defined.
-lportaudio is preserved but unused for now.
