Oleksandr AndrushchenkoandOleksandr Andrushchenko c00fe2b0ec Use init.d/functions for non LSB distributions 
Non-LSB distributions, such as built with Yocto, may not
have LSB init-functions, but provide init.d/functions.
Check if this is the case and use those if so.
